Base rate for studio recording time is $70 per hour. This fee includes all Pro-Tools engineering. For local studio reservations, a $70 security deposit is due at least 24 hours in advance to reserve ANY studio time. For studio reservations from out of town, a $210 security deposit is due at least 7 days in advance to reserve ANY studio time. Reservations are not held until the deposit has been received. This is a non-refundable deposit, and will be applied to the final amount due once recording is completed. Package rates may be available upon request. Mastering and "Long Distance" Projects:
STS is happy to work in cooperation with other studios or continue work on projects that have already been in production:

*Mastering and sequencing of completed tracks from another studio or home studio.
*Remixes and "club-dance" versions of previously recorded songs.
*Recording of musical tracks to be used at another studio local to the artist for
  adding vocal production.
*Adding/recording vocals to musical tracks previously recored at another studio or
  home studio.
*Re-mastering and sequencing of songs from previously recorded projects into
  a new compilation or collection version.

"Long Distance" projects completed through the mail will be billed at an agreed upon package rate to allow for accountability of work completed. The package rate will be based on the studio rate of $70 per hour with a deposit of $70 due with the first mailed packaged of materials.
